Return the new/unused item in the original box and/or packaging prepaid within 30 days of invoice, with a copy of the invoice for a refund/exchange/credit.  

When returning an item the following procedure must be followed:

1.  Call during business hours to get a return authorization code number

2.  All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and a return authorization code.  "NO" returns will be accepted without BOTH

3.  Return all new/unused item(s) in original unopened box and/or packaging within 30 days of invoice.

4.  Send the package back pre-paid (UPS or US Postal Service Insured) to:

We do not refund any shipping charges.  NO COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted.

A 20% handling and processing fee will be charged on all merchandise returned unless the error was ours. If an order is cancelled there will be a "Special Handling Fee" (also known as "Cancellation Fee") assessed. The amount of this fee is dependent on the progress of your order at the time of cancellation.  A 20% restock charge may be assessed in addition to the cancellation fee. No return of books, tools, electrical parts or mounted wheels and rims.

 

No Matter how hard we try, there will be times when a part is invariably backordered.  In the event that a manufacturer can not meet the demands, we will do everything in our power to cross reference that part with a comparable part.  If none exists, we will then contact you with a backorder date that we expect that the part will ship.

Note: Due to variations in manufacturers shipping times, active backorders are kept open for a maximum of 30 days.  If we haven't received the item from the manufacturer after this time, your account will be credited and the backorder will be cancelled at which time you may re-order or substitute a similar item.
