Dan's Performance Parts uses United Parcel Service Ground (UPS) for the majority of it's shipping.  We will do all we can to get your products straight to your door in the most economical, efficient manner possible.  We can accommodate most overseas and out of country shipping, however the entire order must be paid by Western Union money transfer. All items that are on the on-line store that have an asterisk are subject to special trucking fees. Orders that are shipped outside of the USA including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are also subject to additional shipping charges. Please call 1-888-997-8808 for the additional cost of these shipping services.

Most orders received before 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday will be shipped that very same day (on in-stock items only) we do not offer COD.  Note:  ALL credit card orders MUST be shipped to the owner's credit card billing address so that we can protect our customers. 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: 

Packages that are damaged or appear to have been opened before the time of delivery, must be reported to the package carrier promptly

Dan's Performance Parts considers all merchandise delivered to the consumer as soon as it is placed in the hands of the carrier.  All claims of damage or loss must be made to the carrier by the purchaser.
